Join on your phone
Tap Join the Holiday Cup. The free TrackMan Golf app opens. Tap Join and pay the $40 entry.

Book the bay
Book the bay whenever it suits you. Your door code arrives by email. Bring your own clubs.

Log in to your TrackMan account on the bay computer, open Tournaments, then Joined, and pick this week's round.

Climb the leaderboard
Your score posts on its own. Standings go out after each league week, and the most points after 5 weeks wins.
What it costs
$40 to enter. Bay time as usual.

Tip: two players can finish 9 holes in about an hour. Split a weekday afternoon hour with a friend and your round costs under $20 each.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Do I need to be good at golf?
No. Scores count after your TrackMan handicap, so you are really playing against your own ability. Beginners are welcome.
I've never used TrackMan. What do I do?
Download the free TrackMan Golf app and create an account. Then play one 9-hole round logged in before Nov 17, so you have a handicap for week 1.
Does the $40 include bay time?
No. The $40 is your league entry for all 5 weeks. Book and pay for bay time as usual, from $35 an hour.
Do I need my own clubs?
Yes, please bring your own clubs.
Can I play with friends?
Yes. Have them join too, then book the bay together. A 9-hole round takes about 30 minutes per player, so two players fit in an hour.
How does scoring work?
Each round earns Stableford points on your net score (your score after your handicap), so more points is better. Putting is automatic and there are no mulligans, which keeps rounds moving. Most points after 5 weeks wins.
What if I miss a week?
You score 0 for that week, and your other weeks still count. The TrackMan Golf app shows when each league week opens and closes.
Can I join after Nov 17?
Yes, sign-up stays open until Dec 21. You score 0 for any weeks you missed, so joining early gives you the best shot.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund if you ask before the league starts on Nov 17. No refunds after that.
Where is Whack?
Inside Shelburne Athletic Club (the Shelburne Field House), 166 Athletic Dr, Shelburne, VT. The bay is self-serve: your door code arrives by email when you book.
