At Whack, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, you may request a revision or refund within 14 days of service completion. Refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis after reviewing the issue, provided that all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter have been exhausted.
